seriously chaps, go to teletext (on bbc 1 or 2) page 533. a little treat, sandwiched in between such dross as Snow Patrol and Jack Johnson in the UK top 10 album chart not only is there a Pearl Jam album, but also Tool - 10,000 Days.

what do you mean sell outs? because they're popular?
strange logic
heard of "cult following" - yeah it's a pretty big cult

Nick: "Tool", bad recption on my tv meant text was a bit skewed

I know who Tool are, but if you look at that first picture, it definitely says Togl. Someone at the BBC doesn't give a damn.

you're missing the point mate. The reception on BBC1 when i was teletexting wasn't perfect, which often results in distorted words. cf checking football results with a portable aerial for your TV, it comes out bitty and/or mispelt.
So in conclusion, the BBC do give a damn, but my poor recpetion, due to not having a proper aerial, resulted in "Togl".. x

in the way that the new Pearl Jam record isn't called "earl jam" or Snow Patrol called "Sn w Patrol"

sorry i get well touchy over Tool, a bit sad i know

Was only kidding! If Tool are sell-outs then I don't know what Metallica are.

Note that both Origin of Symmetry and Absolution from my favourite band reached Number One, so that would be suicidal logic on my part if I actually believed it.

Hmm. May have been wrong about Origin of Symmetry. Point still applies though.
